Cancellation and Refunds

At Healthify Happiness, we are committed to delivering high-quality workshops, programs, and healing services. We value the time and trust you place in us. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making any booking or purchase.
Workshop & Program Bookings
All bookings for our workshops, online courses, and certification programs are non-refundable.
However, in exceptional cases (such as a medical emergency), we may offer a rescheduling option or course credit which can be used for future sessions, subject to availability and discretion of our team.
Healing Sessions (One-on-One)
For personal healing sessions, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling.
If the session is missed or cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, it will be considered non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
No refunds will be processed once the healing session has been conducted.
Digital Products & Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products (including meditations, recordings, and scripts), all sales are final and non-refundable.
Please ensure you review product details carefully before purchase.
No-Show Policy
If a participant fails to attend a workshop, class, or session without prior notice, the booking will be considered as consumed and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
Cancellation by Healthify Happiness
In rare cases where a session or workshop is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a full refund or an option to reschedule to a future date.
Refund Processing Time
Eligible refunds (if approved under special conditions) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
